KEJAKSAAN NEGERI ACEH TIMUR LAKSANAKAN PENGECEKAN BARANG RAMPASAN BERUPA TANAH
Kejaksaan Negeri Aceh Timur melalui Bidang Pemulihan Aset dan Pengelolaan Barang Bukti (PAPBB) melaksanakan kegiatan pengecekan terhadap barang rampasan atas nama terpidana Fahrul Razi alias Raden bin Yusuf, berupa sebidang tanah, pada Selasa, 17 Maret 2026.
Kegiatan tersebut dipimpin oleh Runi Yasir, S.H., M.H. selaku Kepala Seksi Pemulihan Aset dan Pengelolaan Barang Bukti (PAPBB), bersama T. Ryan Firdaus selaku staf PAPBB. Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini Tim Pengukuran dari Badan Pertanahan Negara (BPN) Sigli serta didampingi oleh Kepala Desa Gampong Jeumpa, Kecamatan Pidie, Kabupaten Pidie.
Pelaksanaan pengecekan dilakukan pada satu lokasi tanah dengan beberapa tahapan penting, di antaranya memastikan batas-batas titik koordinat lokasi tanah yang dilakukan oleh tim pengukuran dari BPN Pidie. Selain itu, dilakukan pula penitipan lokasi tanah kepada Kepala Desa Gampong Jeumpa sebagai bentuk pengawasan awal terhadap aset tersebut.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan kejelasan batas wilayah tanah secara administratif dan faktual di lapangan, sekaligus sebagai bagian dari upaya pengawasan berkala terhadap barang rampasan negara. Langkah ini juga menjadi bagian awal dalam optimalisasi pengelolaan aset hasil tindak pidana yang ditangani oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Aceh Timur.
Melalui kegiatan ini, Kejaksaan Negeri Aceh Timur menegaskan komitmennya dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan barang bukti dan barang rampasan secara profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta mendukung upaya penegakan hukum yang berintegritas.
